Our heritage is in Technology Transformation - helping companies take a giant leap forward through large-scale technology change. Having worked amongst many of these programs, we are well acquainted with the complexity and challenges that these programs bring.

However, what we found was often missing in these efforts, was a strong link between strategy and execution.

We have spent countless hours understanding this challenge and we want to help organisations bridge the expensive gap between strategy and execution.

What we also found was that Data was either at the center of most transformations, or was not at the center, but should have been. We are passionate about data (it’s in our name!) and this has been part of our DNA since we were founded.
