He is considered an industry expert on talent, learning and high performance, and runs the successful “Conversation with Thought Leaders” podcast and webinar.

David also serves on the advisory board of a HR technology L&D provider and is passionate about sharing his experiences to help others flourish.

Crystle is the Operations Manager of Granite Data.

Crystle hails from Australian Government and performing arts industries, managing client accounts and finance in high pressure environments. She works within Granite’s global operations team to ensure territorial payroll and legislative compliance in the areas of finance, labour licensing laws, and workplace health and safety, as well as financial systems and STP implementation and change management.
