The Outcome

Within six weeks, we designed and delivered a future-state operating model, enabling the organisation to enhance its digital and operational capabilities. The business capability model became part of the company’s strategic language, helping to align teams, identify new solutions, and drive technology-led transformation.

A three-year roadmap was developed to sequence work, focus resources, and guide the organisation through a prioritised set of initiatives. By embedding governance, structure, and clarity, this transformation is setting the foundation for sustained digital success.
